Accounting Software

Over the years we have tried and tested various accounting software packages and have also been involved in the development of a GST software package called “GST Haven”. We are therefore able to assist our clients in choosing the correct accounting software package to suit their business.

Some of the packages that we use and deal with on a daily basis are:

MYOB
This package is suitable for all businesses but may be a bit complicated for some small clients who do not require the level of information provided by the package or may not be sufficiently computer literate to use the program. However, for those that can handle the level of usage, this package provides comprehensive information to take care of clients accounting needs. The package is GST compliant and has all the necessary information to assist in the preparation of the Business Activity statement.

CASH FLOW MANAGER
This package is ideal for small business situations where the client has a basic knowledge in accounting/bookkeeping and has basic computer skills. It will provide all the information necessary for compiling the Financials of clients and is GST ready.

GST HAVEN
This package is designed for very small businesses where the client has very little knowledge of accounting and also has very little experience in the use of computers. The main purpose of this package is to provide information to assist with the calculation of the GST details required for the purpose of completing the Business Activity Statement.
